HA380一次性使用血液灌流器的吸附劑為中性大孔樹脂，因其具有大量中大孔結構及高比表面積[1],利用樹脂的吸附作用，通過體外循環(huán)血液灌流的方法清除人體內源性和外源性代謝產物、毒物及余量藥物?？刂萍毎蜃语L暴的爆發(fā)[2-5],從而改善患者血流動力學[2-3][5-6]、減少重要臟器損傷及并發(fā)癥[2-3][5-7]。
